The Kitchen Exhaust Systems Cleaners Association! As a registered Non-Profit Organization, we are dedicated to providing assurance to the Food Service industry. We ensure that their kitchen exhaust system has been built to code and cleaned to code including the necessary fire rated access door and hinge assemblies and is meticulously cleaned to the highest standard.

Objectives
- Create industry standards, licensing and certification process.
- Increase awareness about the problems with preventative maintenance in the food service industry.
- Present viable and effective solutions to these problems.
- Implement the circle of life protocol
- Create the much need public awareness so the public can understand what is at stake.
- Implement a licensing and certification process that will ensure we can all occupy safe green clean certified buildings and structures.
